Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst in Collierville, Tennessee. As part of our client's team, you will be involved in banking and treasury management, using your strong accounting and analytical skills to explore historical financial data, predict future results, and drive process and policy improvements.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with financial audits and the preparation of global sales reports
• Analyze property company deals and prepare health care accruals
• Reconcile cash accounts and support wire and ACH processes
• Manage the interest reconciliation for syndicated term loans and swap management
• Prepare and analyze consolidated reports such as sales type and top customers
• Support accounting managers with month-end tasks and complete ad hoc projects as designated
• Collaborate closely with IT on projects to improve systems processes and automation
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis, break-even analysis, and update forecast files
• Prepare captive insurance reports and US census surveys
• Reconcile, audit, and fund TPA Claims accounts
• Compile large datasets and organize them to gain insights
• Analyze market trends and the US economy and their impact on the company.
For this role, you will need skills in CapEx, CRM, Data Mining Techniques, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, About Time, Accounting Functions, Budget Processes, Expense Reporting, Finance, Intermodel Logistics, Month End Close, Financial Reconciliation, Financial Forecast, and Forecasting & Modeling.
Requirements • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sr. Financial Analyst role or similar position
• Demonstrated proficiency in CapEx, CRM, Data Mining Techniques, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Proficiency in using ERP Solutions and About Time software
• Strong grasp of Accounting Functions, Budget Processes, and Expense Reporting
• A thorough understanding of Finance and Intermodel Logistics
• Experience in Month End Close, Financial Reconciliation, and Financial Forecast
• Proven ability in Forecast Activities and Forecasting & Modeling
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field is required
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines
• Must have legal right to work in the location of the job.
