Description

We are offering a contract opportunity for a Treasury Analyst based in the East Memphis area. This role focuses on treasury operations and banking functions, requiring excellent financial acumen, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cash reporting and cash management processes

• Efficiently handle Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions and wire transfers

• Resolve banking-related issues, including managing iTreasury systems and opening new accounts

• Prepare and submit government-required financial reports

• Serve as the custodian for Petty Cash and ensure its proper usage

• Maintain and organize accounting files

• Approve and monitor purchase orders related to courier services and bank analysis fees

• Oversee miscellaneous bank deposits

• Manage billing transactions between affiliate companies.
