Description
Robert Half is looking for a contract Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Supervisor for a Government Contractor. On this 8-10 week contract, you will be responsible for overseeing the AP/AR department, managing AP/AR functions, support monthly closing processes, and support various government contract accounting compliance requirements as needed. Key responsibilities
-Managing all aspects of AR cash application and AP vendor cash disbursements
-Provide management with accurate and timely financial information for decision making purposes
-Perform/oversee reconciliation of associated general ledger accounts
-Support various government contract accounting compliance requirements as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
5+ years of AP/AR experience
2+ years of supervisory experience
Experience and strong working knowledge of Deltek Costpoint ERP system
GAAP Accounting
