Robert Half currently has an opening for a multi-faceted role which includes the following responsibilities: preparing monthly financial statements, reconciling balance sheet accounts and bank statements, preparing monthly journal entries, and handling daily bank adjustments and cash posting entries across multiple bank accounts. The selected applicant will work on sales forecasts and job costing. Payroll duties include managing and posting payroll journal entries. This position will also oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable. Our client is looking for someone with a 4-year degree in accounting or finance, 4+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, who is proficient in MS Excel and QuickBooks. This full-time opportunity is in Colorado Springs and offers good benefits and a generous time off policy. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to prepare Financial Statements

• Knowledge in Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation

• Experience in Journal Entry Preparation

• Skills in Bank Reconciliations

• Familiarity with General Ledger operations

• Expertise in Cash Management

• Ability to conduct Sales Forecast

• Experience with Job Cost calculations

• Knowledge in Inventory Accounting

• Familiarity with Accruals process

• Proficiency in Cash Posting

• Experience in Intercompany Accounting

• Understanding of Sales Tax regulations

• Proficiency in using Epicor ERP software

• Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise software

• Familiarity with QuickBooks software

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
