This role is pivotal within the manufacturing industry, where the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing accounting processes and implementing improvements. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the transition from QuickBooks to NetSuite, ensuring a smooth migration process.

• Implement process improvements in the accounting department to enhance efficiency.

• Execute hands-on tasks as required, demonstrating a proactive approach.

• Utilize your background in public auditing to maintain high standards in accounting practices.

• Supervise budget processes to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

• Utilize QuickBooks and NetSuite software to maintain accurate financial records.

• Handle auditing procedures and ensure they comply with industry standards.

• Leverage your experience in public accounting to guide financial decisions.

• Maintain a strong understanding of the electronic manufacturing industry to inform financial strategies.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Active CPA

• Four-year degree in Accounting or Finance

• Proven experience in the accounting field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

• Expertise in auditing, with a strong ability to identify discrepancies and anomalies

• Proficiency in budget processes, including planning, monitoring, and adjusting as necessary

• Strong familiarity with accounting software, particularly NetSuite and QuickBooks

• Background in public accounting, with a keen understanding of its principles and practices

• Experience in conducting public accounting audits, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations

• Knowledge of the electronic manufacturing sector, with a focus on industry-specific accounting practices

• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in all accounting tasks
