We are inviting applications for the role of a File Clerk, located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The job function is primarily centered around processing and maintaining accurate customer records and handling customer inquiries. The industry of operation is administrative and office support. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Catalog and maintain the company's files for easy retrieval.
• Accurately classify, record, and summarize numerical and financial data to maintain records.
• Utilize various databases and reporting tools to perform data entry, track data, and create reports.
• Regularly verify the accuracy of business reports and files.
• Collaborate with team members or other departments as necessary.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
• Perform clerical duties including answering inbound calls and managing correspondence.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed
Requirements
• Ability to handle organize and maintain records
• Skill in creating charts and graphs
• Experience in performing clerical duties
• Proficient in managing correspondence
