Robert Half Front Desk Coordinator in Colorado Springs, Colorado

Description We are in the process of hiring a Front Desk Coordinator to be based in COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado. This role presents a contract to hire employment opportunity in our on-site office. As a Front Desk Coordinator, your primary function will be to manage our front office operations, ensuring smooth coordination of administrative tasks, and contributing towards a positive office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive office environment.

• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls in a professional and efficient manner.

• Maintain a clean and organized office space.

• Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks.

• Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents.

• Coordinate and execute assigned projects.

• Transcribe notes and messages accurately and in a timely manner.

• Utilize your skills in Administrative Assistance, Answering Multi-Line Phone System, Concierge Services, Customer Service, Data Entry, Interpersonal Skills, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Organizing Files to effectively fulfill your responsibilities. Requirements • Proven experience in Administrative Assistance

• Proficiency in handling Multi-Line Phone System

• Previous experience in providing Concierge Services

• Strong Customer Service skills

• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks with accuracy

• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

• Experience in Organizing Files effectively

• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and challenges

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
