Description Robert Half is actively recruiting for a Human Resource Generalist to join a fast-paced, innovative organization located on the south side of Colorado Springs. This HR Generalist will be primarily responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. Main responsibilities for this HR Generalist include comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents and working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees, collaborating with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain company standards, participating in employee performance evaluations and assessing their pay scale accordingly, taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing any employee grievances, processing payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and absences administration, creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations, maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records, and producing official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, pay slips and warning letters as needed. Skillful in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
Able to manage time well
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to influence, interact, and build strong relationships at all levels across the organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must
5+ years of human resources experience
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
