Robert Half HR Generalist in Colorado Springs, Colorado

Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Generalist to manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes for a well-established business in Colorado Springs. This position plays a crucial role in the success of the organization as it is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer compensation and benefit plans, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with legal requirements.

  • Assist in performance management processes, support the management on performance reviews, and help employees develop by providing constructive feedback.

  • Nurture a positive working environment by managing and resolving complex employee relations issues.

  • Handle the recruitment process by identifying staffing needs, preparing job descriptions, and managing the recruitment and selection process.

  • Execute effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees effectively into the company's culture and work processes.

  • Support business needs through managing and updating HR policies and procedures.

  • Liaise with any relevant external HR-related service providers or partners.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a human resources generalist role or related field.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance reviews, recruiting, and onboarding.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for coordinating across various levels of the organization.

  • Strong interpersonal and people skills, including the ability to empathize, negotiate, and resolve conflicts.

  • Sound knowledge of local employment laws and their application.

  • Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems will be advantageous.

  • Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
