Description
Robert Half is looking for a Human Resources Generalist for a Temp to Hire opportunity. You would be responsible for various tasks related to managing a company's human resources operations. This person is a key point of contact for employee inquiries and typically handles aspects like employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and employment law compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Implement and administer employee policies.
Manage the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
Coordinate HR projects such as meetings, training, surveys, and community outreach events.
Conduct employee onboarding, development opportunities and training, and performance management programs.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Familiarity with HR functions and full recruitment life cycle.
Deep understanding of human resources principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
