Description We are offering a role in the technology industry, specifically as a Hardware Analyst, located in Columbia, Maryland. This opportunity is based on a short-term contract employment, where the successful candidate will be an integral part of our Data Center operations team. The role entails providing support and coordination for Data Center Facilities activities and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide broad supervision in approving plans and resources for major projects and communicating changes in policies and priorities.

• Collaborate with the Data Center Facilities operations team to align activities and initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.

• Adhere strictly to Data Center service Purchase process and operational procedures.

• Develop a functional understanding of computer networking including layers 1—3 of the OSI model, TCP/IP addressing, and both copper and fiber optic cabling technologies.

• Utilize effective written and verbal communication skills in an IT service Purchase environment.

• Work closely with IT customers, demonstrating a track record of effective problem solving, troubleshooting, and service Purchase.

• Develop a working understanding of Data Center IT electrical distribution systems and Purchase theory, method, and equipment including circuits, circuit-breakers, UPS systems, automatic transfer switches, power distribution modules, power distribution units.

• Gain a working understanding of Data Center IT equipment cooling systems and solutions theory, method, and equipment.

• Utilize skills in Cisco Technologies, Computer Hardware, Dell Technologies, Firewall Technologies, AB Testing, Active Directory, Configuration Management, Data Center Operation, Data Center Technologies, Data Center Infrastructure, Data Center Environment. Requirements • Possess comprehensive knowledge of Cisco Technologies

• Proficiency in Computer Hardware is required

• Familiarity with Dell Technologies is essential

• Experience with Firewall Technologies is necessary

• Knowledge of AB Testing is crucial

• Proficiency in Active Directory is required

• Must have experience in Configuration Management

• Familiarity with Data Center Operation is necessary

• Proficiency in Data Center Technologies is crucial

• Experience with Data Center Infrastructure is needed
