Description

We are partnering with a local organization on a Customer Service Representative role. You will be responsible for updating our customer databases, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service, along with an array of administrative tasks as needed.

Your role as a Customer Service Representative will be vital to the organization as you will update and manage our customer databases. Your ability to maintain accurate information will directly impact our strategic sales and marketing plans, and how we provide our services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain customer databases regularly by inputting new data and updating existing customer contact and account information.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues, ensuring that their experience with our company is outstanding.

  • Assist all teams within the company that require database information, ensuring the accuracy and validity of the database.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate information to the customers.

  • Participate in the regular evaluation of the database to ensure accuracy and quality of the information.

  • Coordinate with the management team and IT department to ensure a smooth transition during technology/software upgrades.

  • Prepare reports concerning customer queries, service issues, or data analysis, providing data-driven insights to the management team.

  • Fortify customer relationships by effectively managing customer expectations and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

  • Participate in professional development and training sessions to improve your skills and stay up-to-date with our company's offered services.

    Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.

  • Proficient with CRM software and data entry tasks.

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

  • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and manage the workload with minimum supervision.

  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Proactive, positive, and customer-focused attitude.

  • High school degree required; a college degree in a related field is a plus.
