Robert Half Desktop Support Analyst in Columbia, South Carolina
Description Robert Half has a Desktop Support Technician role with a company in the Non-Profit industry that may be the position for you. Located in the Columbia, South Carolina, area, this Desktop Support Analyst role is full-time in nature.
Your responsibilities
Be in contact regularly and effectively with ticket submitters
Maintain, analyze, and fix computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals
Provide computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures
hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors
Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities
Resolve computer problems, and give guidance on appropriate action/solutions
Provide support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems Requirements - Desktop support or related experience
Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing
Strong familiarity with SharePoint
Command of Microsoft Office Suites
Microsoft Teams experience preferred
