Description
Our client in the Commercial Real Estate industry has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst. Located in Columbia, South Carolina, this role requires an exceptional work ethic (requirement of working 70-80 hours weekly in office), personal drive for success and growth, excellent communication skills, personable demeanor, collaborative mindset, and analytical abilities. This role will have analytical-focused functions, get involved in the quarterly reporting, evaluate internal controls and processes, will deliver presentations on the performance of properties, will have some project management focus, and will start supervising more junior individuals by your third year. This role will build your software skills, analytical abilities, and supervisory experience during this 3-year development program, after which you will have the opportunity to decide your next step within the company - multiple positions and locations to choose from!

Requirements
Possession of a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Math from a top university
Minimum of one year of experience in a Financial Analyst role is ideal, but client is open to new graduates
Solid understanding and ability to perform Ad Hoc Financial Analysis
Advanced skills in Excel with the ability to do financial modeling
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Detail-oriented with a strong ability to work under pressure and meet varying deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
