In this role, you'll:
-Champion the rights of employees: Represent individuals in various employment matters, ensuring their voices are heard and legal rights protected.

-Master the art of advocacy: Depose witnesses with expertise, present compelling arguments in court, and fearlessly advocate for your clients' best interests.
-Craft persuasive narratives: Draft clear, concise legal documents that impress judges and contribute to successful case outcomes.
-Negotiate win-win solutions: Secure favorable settlements through strategic negotiations with opposing counsel.
You're a perfect fit if you:
-Possess at least 5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in employment law.
-Thrive in an independent yet collaborative environment.
-Excel in legal research and writing, crafting powerful arguments and clear reports.
-Maintain exceptional organizational and communication skills.
-Hold a license to practice law in Ohio.
