Description We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team based in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire accounts receivable process, implementing effective CRM and ERP solutions, and utilizing accounting software systems. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the entire accounts receivable process including collections and B2B collections

• Utilizing various accounting software systems to process and manage customer credit applications

• Implementing and managing CRM and ERP solutions to streamline accounting functions

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer credit records

• Resolving customer inquiries related to accounts receivable in a timely and efficient manner

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions as necessary

• Using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting related to accounts receivable

• Communicating effectively with both internal team members and external customers regarding accounts receivable issues and updates. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role or similar

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools

• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solutions

• Solid understanding of basic Accounting Functions and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Previous experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) collections

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
