Description Job Summary

This position will report to the Infrastructure Governance Director and be responsible for supporting the Cyber Security organizations in matters related to audit compliance and the remediation of risk.

This role requires the individual to work directly with Internal Audit Segment Risk Technology and Cyber Security teams and drive tasks to completion on agreed schedules. To be successful the candidate must be self-motivated driven well-organized and give strong attention to detail.

Job Description

Collaborate with risk and audit teams and subject matter experts to drive the risk evaluation and remediation processes to completion within the Cyber Security organization.

Build strong partnerships with key technology partners Risk Cyber Security and IT areas outside of immediate team

Evaluate and understand findings within the Audit and Risk pipeline to help ensure proper planning of priorities and resources.

Facilitate of dialogue between teams to address findings to identify milestones and deliverables create and maintain action plans and schedules.

Work with subject matter experts to create and maintain remediation documentation related to action plan milestones and deliverables.

Assist with Regulatory Audit and Compliance exams ensuring required information is provided in a timely manner

Support governance and operational departments with policy standard and procedure updates

Coordinate vendor risk evaluation efforts with vendor management

Assist with the compilation of status reporting to Senior Management

Communicate with project and leadership team members as required

Actively review upcoming control tests and ensure test steps are accurate and assist with providing related evidence

Aid in the management of change risk and issue management

Update / Maintain information as needed in Agile ADO Kanban board ServiceNow and ERMS Archer

Schedule and facilitate meetings

May lead small initiatives and projects

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communications ability to explain risks and issues and IT related concepts clearly and concisely

Proven ability to work with Cyber Security Risk Audit and Technology teams to ensure that clear communications are shared between all parties.

Proven ability to effectively communicate complex technical solutions in business terms with internal/external clients and various levels of management.

Working knowledge of recognized risk frameworks

1-3 years of Risk or Audit experience in IT or Cyber Security

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of risk management and audit principles

Experience in using Archer or other Risk Management systems

Experience using Azure Dev Ops or similar agile toolsets

Experience with technical writing

Experience processing analyzing or working with several different types of data including risk control and metrics

Ability to collect analyze and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy

Risk certification CISM CISA or CRISC. Requirements

The IT Asset and Configuration Management team is responsible for the proper classification management and key decisioning of Huntington's asset and configuration items to drive cost savings cost avoidance and process efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in IT related field. Otherwise 2 yrs of experience in IT Analytics/ IT Platform Support/ IT Troubleshooting or IT code or cloud development can be considered in lieu of Bachelorrsquos degree.

1-3 yrs of experience in IT Platform Support/ IT Troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Configuration Management/Asset Management tools ServiceNow CMDB Asset Software Asset Management or Discovery modules is preferred - if direct experience with these types of tools is not attained experience with excel data entry/management reporting/data visualization is helpful.

Experience with JavaScript REST/SOAP and cloud platform development or experience with Infrastructure discovery - if direct experience with these types of tools is not attained basic experience with JSON scripting and workflow is helpful.

Foundational understanding of technology either/both software and hardware infrastructure

Effective use of Microsoft Office products to drive data analytics reporting and financial results

Attention to detail is required as analytics and reporting will contain financial data

Strong written and oral communication skills are required

Ability/aptitude to schedule and negotiate with end-users to achieve desired results

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Must Have

experience with other Configuration Management/Asset Management tools

ITIL v3 or higher

MS Tools proficiency

ServiceNow experience

strong written/oral communication

Nice To Have

IAITAM experience/certification

ServiceNow training/certification

ServiceNow certification/training in ITAM ITOM

ITIL v3 or higher foundation certification preferred
