Overall: Design, create, and deliver online marketing programs to drive traffic and convert customers through multiple online channels with a key emphasis to ensure the company is ranked at the top of relevant keyword searches utilizing SEO/PPC strategies and tactics.

Primary Duties * Manage and improve organic search engine performance (SEO). Ensure company is ranked at the top of relevant keyword searches. * Manage and optimize paid search advertising and other paid online advertising programs. * Execute email marketing campaigns end-to-end, managing email databases and creating captivating e-mail messages. * Develop landing pages, blogs, and other online content to drive and convert traffic on web site and across multiple online channels. * Manage and execute an ongoing social media schedule. * Utilize analytic tools to monitor search engine rankings, site traffic, e-mails, and conversions. Provide analytic reports as needed. * Work with team to develop strategies and marketing programs to drive audience to online store and other online channels. * Develops and executes online marketing plan for new product launches. * Work with team to ensure company?s web sites offer a customer-friendly E-commerce experience and continuously improving site traffic and conversions. * Keep up-to-date with latest online trends and best practices. * Any other duties as assigned by VP of Marketing and Corporate Communications.

Requirements

Education Basic Skills Required * BA/BS degree in marketing, digital marketing, or equivalent working experience. Minimum 3 years? experience in digital marketing. Experience marketing B-to-B a plus. * Strong writing and proofreading skills to ensure messages and content is clear, correct, and captivating. * Ability to uncover customer needs, articulating features and benefits, and influencing customer behavior. * Strong computer skills. Experience with Google Adwords, Analytics, SEMRush, Microsoft Office is required. Experience with web site CMS systems and Adobe Creative Suite preferred. Magento CMS experience a plus. Able to learn and master new technology quickly. * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in complex environments with high energy levels. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
