This General Office Clerk role, which will be responsible for performing various administrative support tasks, including operating office equipment and completing general clerical work, might be what you're looking for!

Your responsibilities

  • Delivering customer service quickly and accurately

  • Demonstrate command of such tasks as data entry, faxing, copying, scanning, filing, and word processing

  • Emphasize proper formatting and style when drafting correspondence

  • As required, offer support on diverse employee projects

  • Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls

  • Interface with customers in a friendly manner

  • Supporting the duties of the front desk and reception Requirements - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Applicants must hold a high school diploma or its equivalent

  • Background working with Scan Documents

  • Solid understanding of Document Scanning

  • Deep understanding of Scanning Documents

  • Demonstrated knowledge of document control

  • Experience with Scanning Tools

  • Foundational knowledge in Scanning Equipment

  • Practical knowledge of Electronic Document Management

  • General familiarity with Document Imaging System

  • Paper Documents experience highly preferred

  • Earlier work involving Upload Documents

  • Adeptness in Confidential Documents

  • Expertise in scanning

    • Word and Excel experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • At least 3+ years of Office Clerk experience preferred

  • Demonstrated ability handling office equipment

  • Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
