You will mainly be required to perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks, provide clerical support to the HR department, and recruit on a full-cycle basis in support of a diverse group of positions within the medical industry. Major responsibilities

  • Managing new-hire onboarding paperwork/orientations

  • Stocking and filtering candidates through various sources and platforms

  • Overseeing various administrative duties

  • Recording and posting job opportunity advertisements

  • Influencing internal recommendations

  • Making use of digital recruiting resources

  • Handling interviews

Requirements

  • Command of Full Cycle Recruiting

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Recruiting Strategy

  • Practical knowledge of Volume Recruiting

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Full Cycle Recruiting

  • Adeptness in Recruiting Sources

  • Corporate Recruiting experience preferred

  • General familiarity with Recruiting Processes

  • Campus Recruiting experience

  • Recruiting Activities experience

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

  • Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects

  • If you are highly professional, and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity, you will be a top candidate

  • This role requires proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms

  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

  • Experience with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
