Robert Half HR Recruiter in Columbus, Ohio

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a HR Recruiter in Columbus, Ohio. This role will primarily involve identifying and reaching out to potential candidates, facilitating interviews, and liaising with hiring managers. The HR Recruiter will also use various recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, to fill several salary positions.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to identify potential candidates

• Reach out to potential candidates and engage in preliminary discussions

• Arrange and conduct interviews with potential candidates

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate suitability

• Use Applicant Track System for processing and tracking applications

• Conduct background checks as part of the recruitment process

• Utilize Paycom for various HR functions

• Maintain organized records of all recruitment activities

• Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted with a sense of urgency and a high level of professionalism

• Engage in meaningful conversations with candidates to understand their career aspirations and suitability for the role. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR Recruiter role

• Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems

• Familiarity with conducting Background Checks

• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience with Paycom software

• Ability to Conduct Interviews effectively and professionally

• Proficiency in using LinkedIn for recruitment purposes

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus

• Prior experience in Corporate Recruiting is essential

• Must be able to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Knowledge of current recruitment practices and trends

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong decision-making skills and ability to use judgement when screening and shortlisting candidates.
