Description This is a great opportunity for someone who is adept at managing projects within a PMO, communicating with key stakeholders and delivering value based on changing expectations. We are seeking a Mid-level to Sr-level Project Manager to start immediately. How you will make an impact
Help out with managing dependencies among cross-product teams
Creates schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product
Colludes and communicates with stakeholders, developers, technical team members and designers
Acquires information from technical leads, QA leads and business analysts into counsel
Directs project planning
Provides detailed reporting to management on project status, risk assessments, and milestone completion
Manage the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products
Follows and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner
Co-operates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects
Work in close partnership with the Business Analyst, QA Manager, Product Specialist, and Product Owner/Product Manager
Works with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap
Plots and conducts the sprint planning and grooming meetings and tracks ticket assignments
Make sure that the functional requirements are met, achievable, and tracked
Handles deployment scheduling in coordination with Product Owner, tech lead and Dev Ops
Verifies the RACI matrix for projects in a product line
Serves as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - leading scrum ceremonies, clearing obstacles and ensuring the team is working effectively
Handles the daily stand-ups, asserting they are timely, focused and brief
Sets forth project with accurate ticket workflows and boards
Teams up with Product Owner/Product Manager to see to it that the product vision and high-level business objectives are apparent and accomplishable
Help out with classifying, identifying, and managing risk for functional improvement requests Requirements - Experience leading Agile delivery teams, projects and programs
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of education and work experience
Skilled in utilizing resource tools to manage capacity, forecast, demand and allocation of people
5+ years of project management experience
Technical experience including JIRA or similar application and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, etc.)
Experience managing complex technology and cross-functional projects
Must have superb stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to lead medium to large custom and/or complex software development and/or implementation projects Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
