Major responsibilities

  • Commands deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, Dev Ops, and Product Owner

  • Aid the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

  • Cooperates with Product Owner/Product Manager to assure that the product vision and high-level business objectives are evident and realistic

  • Supplies the daily stand-ups, safeguarding they are brief, focused, and timely

  • Acts as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - ensuring the team is working effectively, clearing obstacles, and leading scrum ceremonies

  • Initiates project planning

  • In partnership with the Product Owner/Product Manager, you will facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap

  • Provides project outlines with fitting ticket workflows and boards

  • Offers support to manage dependencies among cross-product teams

  • Work in close cooperation with the Business Analyst, QA Manager, Product Owner/Product Manager, and Product Specialist

  • Interacts with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects

  • Plans schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product

  • Observes and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner

  • Works with and communicates with technical team members, designers, stakeholders, and developers

  • Delivers detailed reporting to management on milestone completion, risk assessment, and project status

  • Affirm that the functional requirements are achievable, met, and tracked

  • Registers and controls the sprint planning and grooming meetings and trails ticket assignments

  • Confirms the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

  • Brings together figures from business analysts, QA leads, and technical leads into recommendations

  • Help out with classifying, identifying, and managing risk for functional improvement requests Requirements - If you are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies, you can succeed in this position

    • Applicants should have experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience

  • Capable of working independently with minimal oversight

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

  • Project management experience desired

  • Microsoft Office Suites experience

  • Proven knowledge of SQL

  • Command of Microsoft Project

  • Microsoft Teams experience

  • Well-founded grasp of SSRS

  • Microsoft SharePoint experience highly desired

    • You'll do well at this position if you are flexible and focused
  • Background in project management, operations, and supervisory leadership

    • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues

    • Applicants should have proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills

  • Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
