60% Oversees development and delivery of all communication products and efforts for the company.
•Supports and advises senior company leadership on key communications, always advocating for open and honest communication across the organization and with the university
•Develops and/or refines communications standards, guidelines, and protocols to support the company brand and monitors application for consistency.
•Oversees all communications produced by (or on behalf of) to ensure they support the brand (including internet, social media, direct e-mails to customers, strategic communications, Board, others, promotions, and marketing efforts).
•Work closely with the third-party operator to ensure branded, effective communications associated with the parking operations are produced, disseminated and coordinated with university communications partners
•Ensure strategic talking points are consistently reinforced through all company communications
•Optimizes working relationships and role clarification among all communications efforts (CPMI, Operations, contractors)
•Develop and instil across the company an appreciation for clear, consistent messaging and behavior consistent with the brand
30% Oversees consistent reinforcement of company values and culture through communications programming
•Evaluates ideas for efficacy and tone, recommending timing and priority for the various messaging and promotions
•Write and/or review messaging for talking points, speeches, news releases, media statements, and materials for CampusParc board communications and leadership communications
•Oversees customer survey efforts and resulting outputs
•Develop crisis communications and preparedness plans and protocols
•Continually advocates for open and honest communication across the organization
•Leads effort to ensure that all team members understand the company culture; develops programs designed to encourage all team members to bring the organization's vision and culture to life
•Oversee the company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting
10% Represents the organization as a public and media spokesperson through external communications and stakeholder management
•Cultivates positive working relationships with the university at both administrative (e.g., communications) and academic (e.g., faculty/students) levels to enhance reputation, improve operational efficiency, and promote knowledge sharing
•Leads initiatives to identify and respond to customer and other stakeholder interests, expectations, and concerns, including advocating for modified and new services to enhance the customer experience and grow

5-10 year experience as a marketing leader
Knowledge of Ai, Ps, Id, and PPT
Prior experience working with freelance designers and writers
Comfortable with public speaking
Ability to create and present business cases
