Description We are in search of a Programmer Analyst based in Columbus, Ohio. This role involves providing support for Application Systems in a team environment, contributing to the Business Banking industry. The successful candidate will be able to work on-call 24x7 approximately one week a month, offering a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Work within a team to manage and support Application Systems.

• Understand and work with networking structures such as TCP/IP ports, DNS, and ActiveDirectory LDAP.

• Communicate and resolve complex issues clearly, providing written and oral reports to management and teammates.

• Train teammates and peers on new systems and procedures.

• Provide IT support for Business Banking, specifically in Check Processing.

• Use SQL Server Management Studio and Microsoft Office applications effectively.

• Utilize Infogix or other Data Controls for data management.

• Schedule tasks and manage workflow using ASG Zena Job Scheduler.

• Develop REST API for various applications.

• Perform OS server administration including ACL shares services on platforms like MS Windows Server Unix.

• Use Splunk Monitoring tool for real-time monitoring, reporting, and data analysis.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps for software development and deployment.

• Manage and support banking conversions and IT transitions. Requirements • Proficiency in SQL, PowerShell, and Mainframe Applications

• Experience with workstation support and check processing

• Knowledge of networking and IP protocols

• Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suites and Microsoft Windows Server

• Familiarity with REST API, SOAP APIs, and UI

• Experience with DevOps, Tableau, and Microsoft Azure

• Understanding of DNS and server administration

• Ability to resolve complex issues and perform conversions

• Experience with Splunk

• Skilled in providing training to others
