Description We are in search of a Programmer Analyst based in Columbus, Ohio, United States. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity in the telecom industry. The selected candidate will be expected to demonstrate strong knowledge of OFSAA suite of products, Oracle skills and Finance and Accounting principles, among other key skills.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your experience with OFSAA in performing key functions related to programming and analysis

• Show good communication skills in interacting with team members and stakeholders

• Exhibit strong knowledge of OFSAA suite of products in executing tasks

• Leverage your strong XML and Oracle skills in accomplishing project deliverables

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Finance and Accounting principles in performing job duties

• Use your Oracle technical skills in designing, developing, debugging and documenting software solutions

• Translate detailed business requirements and design and solution architecture deliverables into detailed design specifications

• Build and unit test to detailed design specifications

• Design and develop application configurations utilizing PL/SQL and Erwin Data Modeling

• Provide product support and participate in on-call rotation

• Prepare and analyze required banking regulatory reports including supporting schedules for various reports in conformance with regulatory instructions

• Utilize experience with analytical platforms such as OFSAA Regulatory Reporting or other Risk solutions BI tools Tableau, etc.

• Show working experience with Adenza formerly AxiomSL

• Demonstrate knowledge of regulatory rules including LCR NSFR Enhanced Prudential Standards/Reg YY

• Show experience with database structures, data management and visualization applications e.g. Power BI and SQL. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Documentation, Analytics, Database, Design, Finance, and Workstation Support

• Excellent Communication Skills with the ability to translate complex data and specifications

• Proficiency in SQL, Oracle, Business Intelligence (BI), Configuration Management, and Deliverable

• Experience with Tableau, XML Technologies, Modeling Techniques, Data Management, and Power BI

• Familiarity with Accounting Principles, Visualization, Regulatory Reporting, Debug Application, and Conformance

• Ability to use A Plus software for tasks as needed

• Strong ability to understand and effectively use specific modeling techniques

• Strong background in data management and ability to provide workstation support

• Proficient in using Oracle database management system

• Experience in using SQL for database management and queries

• Proficient in using BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau for data visualization and reporting

• Excellent understanding and knowledge of accounting principles is desirable

• Ability to translate complex data into easy-to-understand documents and reports

• Exceptional debugging skills, with the ability to troubleshoot application issues effectively
