Robert Half Security Operations Specialist: I (Junior) in COLUMBUS, Ohio

Description Are you a Project Manager/ Sr. Consultant? We need experienced candidates like you! You could work onsite with Robert Half local client in the Columbus, Ohio area by joining an existing team as their Senior Project Manager. One requirement for this position is to be responsible for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project. You'll be required to manage key projects as part of our client'Microsoft strategic business plan. Your responsibilities in this role

  • Work in close cooperation with the Business Analyst, QA Manager, Product Owner/Product Manager, and Product Specialist

  • Contributes as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, ensuring the team is working effectively, and leading scrum ceremonies

  • Handles deployment scheduling in coordination with Product Owner, tech lead and Dev Ops

  • Acquires information from technical leads, QA leads and business analysts into counsel

  • Make sure that the functional requirements are met, achievable, and tracked

  • Arranges project with precise ticket workflows and boards

  • Aquires and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner

  • Submits detailed reporting to management on risk assessments, milestone completion, and project status

  • Closely cooperating and communicates with stakeholders,technical team members, developers, and designers

  • Devises schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines

  • Supervises project planning

  • Prepares the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

  • Sustain the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

  • Betters to manage, classify, and identify risk for functional improvement requests

  • Engages with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects

  • Provides the daily stand-ups, providing they are brief, timely, and focused

  • Be instrumental in managing dependencies among cross-product teams

  • Cooperates with Product Owner/Product Manager to assure that the product vision and high-level business objectives are evident and realistic

  • Get involved to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap with the Product Owner/Product Manager

  • Creates and handles the sprint planning and grooming meetings and marks ticket assignments

    • Comprehensive knowledge of navigating basic office equipment and protocols

    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience

  • This position requires experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs

  • We'll consider you a good candidate for this position if you are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies

  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues

    • Capable of working independently with minimal oversight
