Robert Half Segment Risk Specialist: II (Intermediate) in Columbus, Ohio

Description We are in search of a Segment Risk Specialist: II (Intermediate) to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. In this role, you'll focus on operational and execution aspects, both manual and automated, to ensure that reporting deadlines and service level agreements are met with accuracy and completeness.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and produce compliance status metric visualizations for risk committee materials and senior management transparency.

• Write and maintain standard operating procedures and process maps for Risk Center of Excellence procedures.

• Educate and assist Metric Owners in providing metric actual results and key messaging.

• Responsible for the calculation and/or entry of metric results into the Enterprise Risk Management System.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and partners across the organization to provide excellent service.

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with risk partners and metric owners through continuous and proactive communications related to risk metrics and finding extension coordination.

• Participate in daily team stand-up meetings to ensure accountability and communicate progress or roadblocks.

• Maintain Azure DevOp story card wall.

• Utilize your skills in Management, Reporting, Training, Operations, Procedures, Compliance, Materials Handling, Quality, Audit, Consulting, Progress, Compliance Management, Automation, Communication Skills, Stakeholders, Partners, Collaboration, TeamWork, Microsoft Office Suites, Cost Analysis, Metrics, Module, Adobe Creative Cloud, Tableau. Requirements • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey and interpret information among team members, stakeholders, and partners.

• Demonstrated experience in management, with the ability to lead and coordinate a team effectively.

• Proficient in reporting, with the ability to gather, analyze and present data in a clear and concise manner.

• Experience in providing training to team members and stakeholders on risk management procedures and compliance requirements.

• Knowledge of operational processes and procedures within the risk management sector.

• Understanding and experience in compliance and materials handling, ensuring all activities adhere to regulatory standards.

• High quality assurance standards, with the ability to conduct audits, identify issues and implement corrective actions.

• Proven consulting skills to provide expert advice on risk management strategies and practices.

• Experience in monitoring progress of risk management activities and implementing necessary adjustments.

• Proficiency in compliance management with a focus on identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.

• Familiarity with automation tools and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in risk management.

• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and partners, fostering a teamwork environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Tableau for data analysis, reporting, and presentation.

• Experience in cost analysis, metrics, and module management to support strategic decision-making.
