Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Quality Assurance Analyst in Columbus, Ohio. The individual will be working in the telecom industry, focusing specifically on Identity and Access Management (IAM) functions, as well as audit and risk roles. This job requires a combination of technical expertise and strategic thinking, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on technical work with various Identity and Access Management functions including provisioning, deprovisioning, certification, privileged access management, authentication, and authorization.

• Carrying out audit or risk roles, utilizing a basic understanding of IAM services offered by cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.

• Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to tackle challenges in an organized manner.

• Communicating effectively both verbally and in writing, especially in documenting assessments and other analysis items as needed.

• Thinking strategically to consider factors such as risk, efficiency, and cost, while also focusing on the bigger picture.

• Maintaining a process-oriented mindset and leveraging data to tell a compelling story.

• Prioritizing and managing time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

• Working in the Financial Services industry and having experience in KPI/KRI metrics and reporting.

• Handling application integrations with authentication and authorization services such as SAML, SSO, and MFA.

• Utilizing previous experience with tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping, and Delinea.

• Managing Active Directory administration tasks including AD monitoring, troubleshooting, and Group Policy Management.

• Understanding Privileged Access Management (PAM) or Privileged Identity Management (PIM) concepts and processes. Requirements • Proven experience in a Quality Assurance Analyst role or similar

• Strong knowledge and experience with Reporting and Audit processes

• Proficiency in Workstation Support and Troubleshooting

• Experience with Metric Reporting and KPI Reporting

• Excellent Communication Skills and Time Management abilities

• Ability to Execute tasks with precision and efficiency

• Familiarity with Active Directory, Cloud Technologies, and Integration methods

• Experience with Monitoring Tools and Authentication processes

• Knowledge of Access Control, Access Management, and IAM

• Understanding of Group Policy and SSO

• A strategic thinker with a strong understanding of Financial Services

• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, AWS Technologies, and Mindset Software

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands

• Experience in the application of Quality Assurance principles and methodologies

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
