Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programmer/Analyst: IV (Lead) to join our team. As a lead developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of software applications using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and other technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of object-oriented design, agile development methodologies, and experience with web development, testing, and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of software applications using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and other technologies
Design, develop, and deploy web applications using J2EE, Spring Boot, and RESTful web services
Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure high-quality delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components
Develop and maintain code repositories using Git, SVN, and CSV; utilize CI/CD tools on Jenkins and Kubernetes
Design and maintain architecture for Restful API using Spring Boot
Write SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers in databases using Oracle and DB2
Preferred Skills:
Experience with GCP infrastructure and products like Cloud Run, Terraform, Big Data, Big Query
Knowledge of JWT mechanism for authentication, authorization, and data exchange
Hands-on experience with Apache Maven Build tool for automating the build process
Experience with data structures and algorithms for time and memory complexity reduction
Requirements
Requirements:
6 years of hands-on software development experience in Java
Strong understanding of object-oriented design and agile development methodologies
In-depth knowledge of the entire web development process (design, development, deployment)
Experience with J2EE, Spring Boot, Web Services, REST API development and consumption
Knowledge of SQL and experience working with RDBMS like Oracle or MySQL
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
