Robert Half Management Resources is currently looking for experienced Sr. Accountants / Accounting Managers to support a large public client of ours in the Columbus area in a long-term contract role. Role will provide audit support to an ongoing external audit of a large divested division of the company with heavy international components. Ideal candidate will have prior experience at the Sr. Accountant level for large corporate entities, experience with internal and/or external audit, strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. Role is expected to last 6 months (with potential for further extensions) and can be done 100% remotely working on an EST schedule (preference given to Columbus local candidates who can periodically attend in person local meetings).

Requirements

-5+ years at the Sr. Accountant level or above in a corporate setting

-Strong knowledge of GAAP Accounting

-Experience with internal or external audit

-Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)

-Prior large ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, etc)

-Excellent attention to detail

-Strong teaming and communications skills

-CPA a plus
