Description We are in the process of recruiting a Systems Administrator for a non-profit organization located in Columbus, Ohio, 43224-7198, United States. This role involves managing and maintaining IT systems for the organization, ensuring efficient and secure system performance. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including PCI certification and cloud server migration.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage systems for PCI certification, ensuring the organization meets all necessary security standards.

• Oversee the implementation of Addigy, a device management system, and provide training to employees on its use.

• Implement a password manager system to enhance the security of the organization's digital assets.

• Migrate Windows Servers to virtual servers in the cloud, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to operations.

• Deploy and manage Cisco Meraki networking devices, including routers, switches, and WAPs.

• Utilize skills in Cisco Technologies, Database, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, Linux Technologies, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deployments, PCI, Meraki, Cloud provisioning, JAMF Casper Suite, and Jamf Pro to optimize system performance and security.

• Collaborate with third-party help desk support to resolve networking issues and improve system functionality.

• Oversee the migration of Mac Server to the cloud, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal operational disruption.

• Regularly monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and improvements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any system issues, providing technical support to staff as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies, Dell Technologies, and Linux Technologies is essential.

• Experience with Active Directory and Backup Technologies is required.

• Demonstrable knowledge of EO/IR systems and Database management necessary.

• Familiarity with Computer Hardware and Configuration Management is a must.

• Proven ability to handle Deployments and PCI.

• Competence in Meraki, Cloud provisioning, and JAMF Casper Suite is desirable.

• Familiarity with Jamf Pro will be beneficial.

• Previous experience in the Non-Profit sector is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.

• Relevant certifications in Systems Administration or related disciplines are advantageous. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
