We are offering a 3 month employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst based in Watsonville, California, United States. The role revolves around the tech industry, where you will be tasked with maintaining and managing various devices. As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and providing support to our executive level users.

Responsibilities:

• Handle apple and android devices, ensuring their proper functionality and security.

• Assist with Intune Deployment and manage the Intune project, which includes the data wipe/rebuild and restore process for phones.

• Provide on-site support for devices, identifying and rectifying any issues that may arise.

• Offer light desktop support, ensuring efficient operation of all desktops.

• Manage Android OS, iPad OS, and Apple OS systems, providing troubleshooting as needed.

• Utilize your O365 and Windows 11 experience to ensure smooth operations.

• Perform basic account management tasks in Active Directory.

• Ensure clear and effective communication with all users, especially those at the executive level.

• Manage and maintain a total of 72 devices, focusing primarily on those used by upper management.

• Utilize your skills in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Computer Hardware, Dell Technologies, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Backup Technologies, Configuration Management, Apple iOS, and Apple iPhone.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Desktop Support Analyst role or similar position

• Proficiency in Android Development

• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies

• Experience with Citrix Technologies

• Knowledge of Computer Hardware

• Expertise in Dell Technologies

• Proficiency in Active Directory

• Experience with Apple Devices

• Familiarity with Backup Technologies

• Proficiency in Configuration Management

• Knowledge of Apple iOS

• Experience with Apple iPhones

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred but not mandatory
