Description We are offering an opportunity for a Staff Accountant to join our team in Concord, Massachusetts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting functions, including Accounts Payable and Receivable, Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger maintenance, billing, month end close, and data entry. This role will require you to use various accounting software including Sage 100, NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

• Perform Bank Reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records

• Manage the General Ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date

• Handle billing tasks, ensuring all invoices are issued and paid in a timely manner

• Conduct month end close procedures, including the preparation and posting of Journal Entries

• Perform data entry tasks as needed to maintain accurate financial records

• Utilize various accounting systems including Sage 100, NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to perform daily tasks and generate reports. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management

• Experience in Bank Reconciliations

• Knowledge of General Ledger management

• Ability to handle Journal Entries

• Experience in Month End Close procedures

• Proficiency in using NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
