Description
We are seeking an IT Manager to join our team in Concord, New Hampshire. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Hires, trains, and manages IT staff to ensure smooth departmental function.
· Oversees the IT budget, participates in strategic planning, and manages technology infrastructure.
· Develops and executes plans for IT projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
· Provides technical support, manages technology best practices, and implements security measures.
· Possesses expertise in a wide range of technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, cloud technologies, databases, and more.
Requirements
· Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience required
· Proven expertise in Cisco technologies
· Demonstrated knowledge of Cloud Technologies
· Proficiency in Active Directory management
· Knowledge of Backup Technologies
· Strong understanding of Computer Hardware
· Experience in Configuration Management
· Ability to handle Contracts effectively
· Proficiency in MS Office 365 & Microsoft Windows
· Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills
· Ability to multi-task and stay updated on industry trends
