Robert Half Senior Auditor in Conway, Arkansas
Description We are looking to add a Senior Auditor to our team in Conway, Arkansas. This role will primarily involve managing audit clients, supervising entire auditing processes, and working with various auditing software. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow within the organization and potentially spearhead the audit department.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee audits from start to finish, ensuring thorough and accurate completion
• Utilize auditing software such as Thompson Reuters for efficient and effective auditing
• Supervise a range of audit clients, most of which are non-profit, smaller organizations
• Travel locally as needed for auditing purposes, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance
• Collaborate with the team to manage and grow the audit department
• Implement and maintain audit plans and schedules to meet client needs
• Produce detailed and reliable audit reports for management review
• Develop and refine audit techniques and tests to improve the auditing process
• Apply knowledge of auditing principles and practices to the audit process
• Contribute to the overall improvement of the auditing process and client relationships. Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a Sr. Auditor in a public firm
• Capability to develop and execute Audit Plans
• Knowledge of Thompson Reuters is helpful, not required
• Ability to manage Audit processes, craft Audit reports, put together Audit schedules, and conduct Audit tests
• CPA or CIA preferred, not required
