Description
We are offering a remote role for an Accounts Receivable Analyst in CONYERS, Georgia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various accounting functions and maintaining accurate customer credit records. This role requires a high level of detail-orientation and organization.
Responsibilities:
• Processing customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintaining accurate customer credit records
• Monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments
• Using accounting software systems and ERP solutions, such as Great Plains (GPAC) and IBM AS/400, to manage accounts receivable
• Leveraging Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
• Conducting B2B collections and reconciliations
• Actively participating in process improvement initiatives and sharing ideas
• Utilizing Oracle software for various accounting functions
• Handling billing functions and managing cash activity
• Processing checks and other forms of payment
Requirements • Minimum of 3 years' experience in an Accounts Receivable Analyst role or similar financial role
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ERP Solutions
• Familiarity with Great Plains (GPAC) software
• Proficient with IBM AS/400
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Accounting Functions
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) procedures and processes
• Experience in Billing Functions
• Experience handling Cash Activity
• Familiarity with Check Processing
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and ability to multitask
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
