Robert Half Help Desk Analyst I in Copley, Ohio
Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I in Copley, Ohio. This role is primarily remote but might require occasional on-site presence. As a Help Desk Analyst I, you will be tasked with gathering and analyzing user issues, determining the best way to resolve their problems, and providing support for identified Level 2 and Level 3 issues where configuration solutions have already been documented.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and resolve user issues using your knowledge of Active Directory and Basic Network Troubleshooting
• Accurately process and manage tickets using a Ticketing System
• Perform Level 1 help desk support tasks, escalating to Level 2 and Level 3 as necessary
• Conduct password resets and changes to ensure security and accessibility
• Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and actions taken
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when needed
• Use Configuration Management skills to provide support for documented solutions
• Handle computer hardware-related issues to ensure optimal performance
• Maintain clear and regular communication with customers throughout the troubleshooting process
• Continuously improve your technical knowledge and skills to provide the best possible support. Requirements • Proficiency in Active Directory
• Knowledge of Computer Hardware
• Experience with Configuration Management
• Familiarity with Ticketing System
• Ability to handle Password Changes and Password Reset
• Basic skills in Network Troubleshooting
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team and individually
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be able to prioritize and manage workload effectively
