Description
Robert Half is seeking dedicated recruiters for the staffing of various roles within different sectors. The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and shortlisting candidates for the recruitment process to fulfill the requirements of the business brief.
Job Responsibilities:
Utilize job platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn for sourcing potential candidates.
Conduct detailed job intake meetings with hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
Maintain detailed notes and records of candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Create and post detailed and enticing job descriptions to attract relevant candidates.
Strategize and manage the interview process, including pre-screening of candidates, coordination of interview schedules, and provision of feedback.
Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process.
Offer negotiation and finalization with selected candidates.
Two of the recruiters will focus on high turnover roles in warehouse, general labor, general management, logistics, factory, and packer positions. They must be agile, adaptable, and capable of managing fast-paced environments.
The third position will focus more on steady, corporate recruiting, including sales, HR, and IT/sales roles.
Requirements
Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish
Proven experience as a Recruiter in various industries and sectors.
Expertise with recruiting software and job boards.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage the full recruitment cycle including interview, offer, and onboarding stages.
Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
