Description We are offering an employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Restaurants & Catering industry. The role will be based in Coppell, Texas, 75019, United States. The position primarily involves managing customer service operations, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls from customers regarding their accounts
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support via phone, email or chat in a timely manner
• Guide customers with clear and precise step-by-step processes to assist with any questions regarding their accounts
• Leverage skills in answering inbound calls, call center customer service, and data entry to enhance customer service operations
• Maintain detail oriented email correspondence with customers
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls proficiently
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various tasks
• Conduct order entry and schedule appointments as required
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service at all times. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Experience in call center customer service.
• Demonstrated ability in providing exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in data entry and order entry.
• Ability to correspond professionally via email.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Experience in scheduling appointments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic restaurant and catering environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
