Robert Half Sales Support in Coppell, Texas

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Sales Support role in Coppell, Texas. The successful candidate will be expected to excel in a team environment, working closely with clients and utilizing various sales techniques, including cold calling and social media outreach. This role requires familiarity with product offerings, technical details, and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Familiarize yourself with the company's product offerings and technical details.

• Utilize telephone, email, and social media to establish contact with potential customers.

• Collaborate effectively with team members to complete customer-centric projects.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers.

• Demonstrate the advantage of our products to meet customers' liquid level sensor requirements.

• Close sales and provide technical support for customers.

• Consult with subject matter experts to analyze products and customer requirements.

• Utilize CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools to manage customer interactions.

• Use Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel and Outlook, for administrative tasks.

• Perform billing functions and manage cash activity as necessary.

• Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to inside sales efforts. Requirements • Proficiency in CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems

• High level of competency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook

• Familiarity with About Time software

• Experience with billing functions and overseeing cash activity

• Ability to effectively communicate with the C-Suite

• Strong customer service skills

• Experience in inside sales

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Ability to solve problems and make decisions independently

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to adapt to changing situations and requirements

• Proven track record in meeting sales targets and KPIs
