The Office Administrator will sit at the reception area and will have mixed responsibilities of administration, clerical and accounting support. Our client is looking for someone ambitious and looking to grow their career. Responsibilities include answering telephones and directing calls/messages, preparing correspondence and documents, scheduling appointments/events, schedule maintenance, inventory control and some accounts payables.
