Your responsibilities in this role

  • Support a variety of projects for other employees

  • Greet and direct visitors

  • Handle telephone calls

  • Complete word processing, filing, and faxing

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company

  • At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

  • Alpha 8,001 - 10,000 kph experience preferred

  • General familiarity with Basic Math Skills

  • Proven knowledge of Answering Multi-Line Phone System

  • Good understanding of Confirming Appointments

  • Comprehension of Microsoft

  • Solid understanding of Meeting Notes

  • Earlier work involving Confidential Documents

  • Well-founded grasp of Assist Customers

  • Wide ranging experience with Checking References

  • Direct Phone Calls experience required

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel

  • Deep understanding of Administrative Office

  • Practical knowledge of navigating basic office equipment and protocols

  • Skills in I-9 Audits

  • Activity Logs experience

  • Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) Administration

  • Previous experience working with I-9 Compliance

  • Quality experience with Calendar Management

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suites

  • Experience with Answering Inbound Calls

  • Prior experience with Onboarding

  • 10 Key Skills experience desired

  • Competent computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

  • Proven ability to use the internet for research
