Robert Half Help Desk Analyst in Coral Gables, Florida

Description We are in the financial services industry, located in Coral Gables, Florida, and we are in search of a Help Desk Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. You will be the first point of contact for our users who are experiencing technical issues, and you will also be tasked with maintaining and managing our IT systems and networks.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Microsoft systems.

• Provide support for Mac Computers and Apple Devices, ensuring their compatibility and integration with our existing IT infrastructure.

• Manage Active Directory services, including user account management and access control.

• Handle computer hardware issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.

• Implement Configuration Management strategies to ensure the stability of our IT systems.

• Coordinate software and hardware deployments, ensuring minimal disruption to users.

• Provide technical assistance and guidance to users, fostering an environment of learning and growth.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and potential applicability to our business needs.

• Collaborate with other IT staff to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes.

• Work with executive team members, decision makers, and stakeholders to define business requirements and systems goals, and to identify and resolve business systems issues. Requirements • Demonstrable experience in Android Development

• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies

• Experience with Citrix Technologies

• Knowledge of Mac Computers and Microsoft technologies

• Familiarity with Active Directory

• Experience with Apple Devices

• Ability to troubleshoot Computer Hardware

• Skills in Configuration Management

• Experience in Deployments

• Understanding of the financial services industry

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

• Strong customer service orientation

• Relevant certifications or equivalent work experience in IT Help Desk support

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Willingness to stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends
