Robert Half has partnered with an Aerospace Corporation in search of a skilled Sr. Accountant for a contract position. This role is 100% on-site in Doral, FL

Responsibilities:

• Handle full cycle of close processes

• Report directly to the Senior Accounts Manager and collaborate with the MRO team

• Utilize Pentagon and Concur for enterprise resource planning

• Use Microsoft Excel for various functions, including vlookups and pivot tables

• Manage contractor database and background checks

• Execute account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and bank reconciliations

• Maintain the General Ledger and prepare Journal Entries

• Conduct month end close processes

Requirements • Proficient in Account Reconciliation

• Skilled in Balance Sheet Reconciliation

• Able to perform Bank Reconciliations

• Knowledgeable in General Ledger management

• Capable of handling Journal Entries

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Experienced in Month End Close procedures

• Familiar with NetSuite software

• Skilled in using Oracle software

• Knowledge of SAP software

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Must have industry experience in Aerospace

• Should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required

• Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
