Description We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team in Coral Springs, Florida. The role primarily involves servicing customers through inbound and outbound calls, handling new customer enrollments, and managing repeat order opportunities. This position is an integral part of our team, contributing to a professional and courteous customer service environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process leads from external departments, ensuring necessary follow-up and product offerings are completed.

• Conduct outbound calls in response to customer inquiries as documented on correspondence or other approved marketing leads.

• Research and resolve issues regarding a customer’s order, communicating the outcome to the customer when appropriate.

• Update all pertinent records in company systems according to Corporate Compliance Guidelines.

• Establish and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company policies, procedures, and skills necessary to complete job duties.

• Demonstrate proficiency and knowledge of the company’s product offerings.

• Foster and maintain effective working relationships with customers and co-workers.

• Utilize personal computers, hardware, software, and related applications and systems effectively.

• Answer Community Voice Mail and provide appropriate responses.

• Support the Department’s Leadership Team in achieving departmental goals through task completion and continued training.

• Adhere to good housekeeping and quality procedures, and observe all safety practices.

• Set a positive example for co-workers by observing and adhering to all Departmental and Corporate Policies and/or Procedures. Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish required.

• Proven experience in a Customer Service Representative role or similar customer-facing position.

• Proficiency in utilizing Call Center Customer Service tools and software.

• Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of DME - Durable Medical Equipment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with customers.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for handling customer inquiries and complaints.

• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

• Proficient computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office Suite.

• High level of professionalism and a commitment to maintaining customer satisfaction.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.

• Flexibility to work in shifts, during weekends, or on holidays if required.

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in related fields would be a plus.

• Bilingual or multilingual skills would be an advantage.
