Robert Half Bookkeeper in Coral Springs, Florida
Description Talented and eager Bookkeepers are encouraged to apply for this new permanent role with a client via Robert Half. This role will consist of Bookkeeper tasks such as data entry, full cycle A/P, and cash applications. Together with, you will handle accounts payable, month-end closing, accounts receivable, and reconciliation. We want to hear from you if you're a self-driven and organized professional. This Bookkeeper opportunity will be located in the Coral Springs, Florida area and will be a permanent position.
What you get to do every day
Maintains sales tax records and creates and files quarterly payments
Experience with Accounts Receivable
Produce monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents
Review monthly accounting close
Arrange subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement
Organize cash flow projections, as needed
Organize general ledger
Qualified in credit card management and reconciliation
Other special projects as requested
Oversee monthly accounting close
Accounts Payable Requirements - Proven analytical skills with ability to implement solutions and vendor management experience with good organizational skills
- Progressive accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred
Excellent analytical, quantitative and social skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing company environment
Strong familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP)
QuickBooks experience desired
Expertise in Quickbooks Online
Proven knowledge of High-Volume Invoicing
Foundational knowledge in Accounts Receivable (AR)
Billing experience highly desired
- 3+ years of related experience- Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines
Self-starter and strong ethical standards
Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well
High attention to detail
Strong time management and organizational skills
