Robert Half Cost Accountant in Cordova, Tennessee
Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Cost Accountant in Cordova, Tennessee. Operating within the aesthetics industry, the selected candidate will be instrumental in managing financial aspects, including cost accounting, financial services, and warehouse inventory.
Responsibilities:
• Utilizing Accounting Software Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient financial management.
• Assisting the sales team by costing products and services.
• Conducting data reporting and data mining activities to support decision-making processes.
• Overseeing the Accounts Payable function, ensuring all financial obligations are met in a timely manner.
• Conducting regular audits to verify the accuracy of financial data and procedures.
• Implementing and managing budget processes to ensure financial efficiency.
• Managing warehouse inventory and conducting regular stock checks.
• Monitoring cash activity, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
• Using tools such as ADP - Financial Services and Crystal Reports for financial analysis and reporting.
• Performing other accounting functions as required to ensure the smooth operation of the department. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with Crystal Reports
• Ability to work with Epicor
• Knowledge in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Expertise in various Accounting Functions
• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
• Strong skills in Auditing
• Knowledge of Budget Processes
• Ability to manage Cash Activity
• Specialized in Cost Accounting
• Experience with Warehouse Inventory
