Our client is hiring temporary Physical Inventory Analyst in the Corpus Christi, Del Rio and Seguin Areas.

This is short term contract employment opportunity for an Inventory Analyst. This role is primarily focused on maintaining and keeping track of our inventory. The industry we operate in is fast-paced and requires a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accurate documentation and monitoring of inventory data.

• Conduct daily inventory analysis to solve inventory issues.

• Use ERP solutions and IBM AS/400 to manage inventory data.

• Ensure all necessary safety equipment including hard hats, vests, and boots are available and utilized correctly.

• Collaborate with team members for morning huddles and safety training.

• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve inquiries.

• Utilize 'About Time' software for efficient time management.

• Employ auditing skills to verify the accuracy of inventory records.

• Participate in customer service and collection processes as required.

• Drive to different locations as needed, adhering to company's travel and reimbursement policies.

Requirements • Proficiency in Epic Software is required.

• Experience in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential.

• Familiarity with ERP Solutions is a must.

• Experience with About Time software is required.

• Strong auditing skills are essential.

• Expertise in Collection Processes is necessary.

• Excellent communication skills are a must.

• Outstanding customer service skills are required.
