Robert Half ERP/CRM Consultant in Covina, California
Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an ERP/CRM Consultant in the non-profit industry, based in Covina, California. This role emphasizes on Salesforce integration and implementation, with a focus on custom design and workflow management. The selected candidate will be responsible for understanding the operations of the Planning Division, leading the project, participating in requirements gathering sessions, and managing the delivery and testing of workflow functionality.
Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce integrations and implementation
• Design and repurpose Salesforce workflows based on the needs of the Planning Division
• Understand the Planning Division's functions and operations and their interactions with other divisions during the Application Workflow Planning Process
• Lead the project and actively participate in weekly requirements gathering sessions with the Planning Division and Planning Manager to capture and deliver proper configuration requirements
• Manage and document the delivery and testing of the workflow functionality, troubleshoot issues that arise during configuration and UAT session
• Deliver the proper configuration requirements back to the vendor partner development team
• Work with workflows that require customization and be an expert in Salesforce Workflow, specifically with Planning Process tracking
• Act as the techno-functional Salesforce implementation advocate for the Planning Division, understanding programming and coding into the permit system
• Utilize skills in Apex Classes, Apex Coding, Apex Triggers, Apex Visualforce, Assertion Markup Language, AB Testing, Business Requirement Document, Configuration Management, Create Dashboards, Data Loading, Salesforce APIs, Salesforce AppExchange, Salesforce Configuration, Salesforce Development, Salesforce Implementations, and Salesforce Integration Cloud.
Please note that this role does not transition into a permanent or full-time position. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the non-profit sector
• Extensive knowledge and experience with Apex Classes, Apex Coding, Apex Triggers, and Apex Visualforce
• Proficiency in Assertion Markup Language and AB Testing
• Experience in creating Business Requirement Documents and implementing Configuration Management
• Ability to create dashboards and perform data loading
• Familiarity with Salesforce APIs, Salesforce AppExchange, Salesforce Configuration, Salesforce Development
• Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations and integrations, including Salesforce Integration Cloud
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
